The off duty Easton Police Capt. Said that he complained to security about Clemmons and his friends cursing and spitting. His friend was asked to leave and Clemmons decided to stick his fingers down his throat to vomit on the cop's family.

Phillies Fan Charged for Vomitting
Philadelphia police have charged 21 year old Matthew Clemmons of Cherry Hill, NJ for allegedly intentionally vomitting on the 11 year old daughter of an off duty cop. Clemmons was charged with aggravated assault and other charges for the incident that happened Wednesday's game at Citizen Bank Park.
